Professional Background:

I graduated as an economist in 2004 from the Corvinus University’s postgraduate program in liquidation economics. Since then, with some breaks, I have been actively involved in the profession.​

For 13 years, I served as the managing director of the National Association of Liquidators and Trustees—the sole advocacy group for the profession. I am also the owner, managing director, and liquidator of the company founded by my father, and I am increasingly active in the company’s operations.​

Tamás Pálinkás

Company Director, Economist, Specialist in Liquidation and Asset Management​

Professional Background:

Since 1992, I have been working in the field of insolvency. Over the past more than 32 years, I have participated in over 3,000 proceedings as a liquidator, final accountant, trustee, managing director, and expert on both debtor and creditor sides. Currently, I am the company director of Credit-Audit Kft. Together with my expert team, we effectively assist in keeping alive and saving deserving companies, either by creating liquidation agreements, developing bankruptcy settlements, or utilizing the debtor-friendly rules of the new restructuring procedure.​

Attila Horváth

Lead Insolvency Expert​

Professional Background:

I have been working in the field of insolvency for 30 years as a liquidator, trustee, consultant, and previously as a company director. I have handled numerous significant liquidation proceedings as a liquidator and contributed to the continuation of debtors’ operations in several successful bankruptcy proceedings as a trustee. As a consultant, I have assisted companies in distress, and as a restructuring expert, I have successfully guided companies facing insolvency threats through new procedures.​

Tímea Talabér

Liquidator​

Professional Background:

I obtained my economist degree at the Budapest Business School, Faculty of Finance and Accountancy, and later completed a specialization in liquidation and asset management at the BCE Institute of Economic Further Education. I have been involved in liquidations since 2006, starting my career as an assistant and working as a liquidator since 2009.​

Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy road cycling, cooking, and engaging in creative activities.​

Kornélia Piszter

Head of Secretariat, Assistant​

Professional Background:

I graduated as a foreign language secretary in Germany in 2003. This profession turned out to be a perfect fit for me, and I have been enthusiastically working as a secretary among liquidators for 20 years.​

Hobbies: I love people and nature. Sunshine makes me extremely happy, and I am passionate about horses—though only from the office. In my free time, I enjoy sewing or engaging in other creative activities. Through my experiences, I have concluded that Hungary is the best place to live.​

László Csia

Restructuring Consultant

Professional Background:

I am an economist and a specialist in liquidation and asset management, with over 30 years of experience in insolvency administration. I have been a member of INSOL Europe, the European organization for insolvency professionals, for more than 20 years. I am the only insolvency administrator in Hungary who has conducted the liquidation of an economic company registered in another EU member state under Hungarian bankruptcy law and the EU Insolvency Regulation. Currently, I work as a restructuring consultant.

I am a legal economist and the majority owner of the company. I also hold an insolvency administrator license. However, I no longer take part in the company’s daily operations, focusing solely on strategic decision-making. In major insolvency cases (bankruptcies, liquidations, and recently restructuring procedures), I actively participate as needed in negotiations with debtors, creditors, and potential investors. My primary goal is to facilitate settlements and develop suitable frameworks to preserve the operations of debtors.
